Last night, I laced up a 24" Large Marge uni wheel and installed it in my first homebuilt uni frame...made from a 1x1 fork. I'm using an Intense DH 24 x 3.0 tire. As expected, the Large Marge rim makes the tire more laterally stable compared to the narrower rim I had been using. The increased footprint will provide more float and traction in the soft stuff. -----
