The second full day of our Japan extravanganza started out with a very cryptic note taped to one of our bikes parked along the railing outside the hotel. Bringing the bikes in for the night was out of the question according to management. The logistics of fitting a Big Dummy into a Japanese-size elevator or hotel room would be challenging at best anyway.
